PickPack - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PickPack! We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on handling times, delivery estimates, and shipping rates.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a notification via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days for metro areas and 5 to 7 business days for the rest of the country.

Free Shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD): Free, applies to Cash on Delivery orders to cover handling charges.

3. Order Tracking

Once your PickPack order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real-time.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an invalid address, re-shipping charges may apply
